About Angelwings Daycare
Angel Wings Daycare is a fully licensed and accredited Montessori based daycare center in the heart of Cochrane that was built with the intention to be a Montessori school. Angel Wings Daycare is owned and operated by highly experienced and passionate early childhood educators that each brings something to the team while sharing their passion for childcare. Our team at Angel Wings is very dedicated and includes early care graduates, trained educators, Montessori certified educators, local staff and staff from around the world, and multiple different back rounds and experiences within the field. As a trusted, local, and independent service, we offer full time childcare for ages 19 months – 6 years old at our program and we remain open for the summer months for our summer camp program which is a bit more laid back than our day-to-day Montessori program that is ran throughout the regular school year but remains focused on similar routines, manners, independence, and learning skills.
Here at Angel Wings, we are committed to creating an environment where children feel safe and nurtured and are free to explore, learn, and have fun! It is our mission to support children of different ages in their social, emotional, physical, creative, and intellectual development. Angel Wings is equipped with a spacious outdoor green space for the children to play in with a garden, an apple tree, a mud kitchen, and materials that support children’s gross motor movement, along with a music room that doubles as a gross motor space for those days that are too hot, wet, or cold to get outside so we can move our bodies along with 2 bright, clean, and spacious classrooms for the children to conduct their learning. The children are actively engaged in a wide range of activities that are age appropriate and support their learning, development, and future life skills.
