• Control of Movement: Yoga and mindfulness
• Child-led pretend play
• Blocks and train sets
• Bathroom routines and Breakfast/Snack as needed

Gathering children for:
• Mindfulness: breathing exercises

• Super brain gym ( 7, 14, 21)
• Self awareness
• Grace and courtesy, classroom rules and routines
reminders in role play simulations
• Story time, current affairs related to the children

Stimulating the Brain: Montessori Work Cycle
• Practical life
• Sensorial
• Culture
• Math
• Language
• Care of Environment
(Snack time, potty training, diaper change as required)

Lunch time for full day children, and transition for nap time.
• Full day children get ready for lunch
• Bathroom routines
• Nap time routines
Half day children who leave at 11:15 transition for group
activities
• Gathering for circle time, giving gratitude and successes
of the day
