8:30-9:00
Gathering children for:
• Mindfulness: breathing exercises
• Mindfulness: body movement
• Super brain gym ( 7, 14, 21)
• Self awareness
• Grace and courtesy, classroom rules and routines
reminders in role play simulations
• Story time, current affairs related to the children
9:00 – 11:15
Stimulating the Brain: Montessori Work Cycle
• Practical life
• Sensorial
• Culture
• Math
• Language
• Care of Environment
(Snack time, potty training, diaper change as required)
11:15 – 12:15
Lunch time for full day children, and transition for nap time.
• Full day children get ready for lunch
• Bathroom routines
• Nap time routines
Half day children who leave at 11:15 transition for group
activities
• Gathering for circle time, giving gratitude and successes
of the day

11:30AM – 12:15PM:- Lunch (Encourage children to clean up)
12:15PM – 12:30PM :- Bathroom / Diaper Changing before nap (done throughout day as needed)
12:30PM – 2:30PM:- Nap Time / Quiet Time Activities for Non-Nappers / Outside Time
2:30PM – 2:45PM :- Afternoon Snack (clean up)
2:45PM – 3:00PM :- Diaper Changes / Bathroom Break / Face Washing
3:00PM – 4:30PM :- Montessori Work / Outdoor Time
